GYLHAS has over 160 members who enjoy free entry to the society's talks programme, regular newsletters, generous group rates and savings for excursions and outings, and a copy of the current 'Yarmouth Local History & Archaeology' Journal

 

 

Membership for 2024 season remains at 2022 rates and is due in January 2024. Please see information below for ways to pay.
For those whose membership payment includes subscription to the Society's annual journal, this year’s edition will be sent out in the autumn. If you did not subscribe to a journal with your membership but wish to purchase a copy the cost is £10. Please click here to order a copy

To apply for membership:
  • Apply in person at the group's monthly Friday meeting
  • Click here to contact GYLHAS
  • Click here to download an application form:  Send the completed form and a UK cheque, made payable to 'GYLHAS', noting any special interests or requirements to Peter Jones (see below)
  • OR: Pay the membership via online banking  using: Account name - Great Yarmouth Local History and Archaeological Society, Sort Code 40 22 22, Account number 00401331, adding your surname and GYLHAS 24 as a reference. Please also download and complete the application form , indicating that you have paid on line and either scan and return it to infogylhas@gmail.com,  bring it to the next meeting or post to Peter Jones (see below)
